Folks, if you know anyone who’s had a hard time securing their vaccine, here’s an opportunity: Thurston County has 800 does of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine that need to be used by Thursday.
There are two remaining open clinics this week. Click the links below to schedule an appointment:
- Wednesday, May 5: This is a drive-through COVID-19 vaccination clinic at South Puget Sound Community College from 5pm-8pm. Pedestrians, bicyclists, public transit, and motorcycles are welcome, too!
- Thursday, May 6: This is a walk-up vaccination clinic at the Thurston County Public Health and Social Services Building, 412 Lilly Road NE, Olympia from 8:30am-12pm.
Please help us get the word out. Anyone aged 16 and older is eligible for the Pfizer vaccine. The sooner we increase immunity, the sooner we can reopen the economy. On the other hand, if infection rates continue to grow, we may see further restrictions or rollbacks that impact local businesses.
